The surgery door is closed from 13.00 - 14.00pm on a Friday for staff training.

The surgery is closed between 18:00 - 08:30am Monday to Friday and from 18:00 Friday to 08:30 on Monday morning. In order to obtain medical advice during this time please phone the surgery to obtain the out of hours contact number (at present this is NHS 24 on 111) The receptionist at the emergency call centre will answer your call and either arrange advice from a doctor or nurse, invite you to attend an out of hours centre (normally at Easterhouse Health Centre or Stobhill Hospital) or arrange a home visit. Out of hours cover is now the responsibility of the Health Board.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
